This illustration shows the expanding of villages after Walk in the Light comes in to work in Burkina Faso, West Africa. Every part of this sheet was illustrated by hand and put together to represent the communities.
When the talented farmer florist, Carolyn Thompson, of Willow and Mabel Garden Company said she needed a new logo, business cards, and a website, it immediately was obvious that floral themes needed to be incorporated. To keep the focus on the amazing florals, it is balanced with white space to even the bright colors out.
A beautiful photograph featuring dark colors is balanced with bright white text to juxtapose the two colors, creating a modern, clean and sophisticated look.
Greer's graduation announcements and matching party invitations were created with florals, pastels, and pops of gold to brighten up the soft colors.

Each year Walk in the Light International holds a walk for water to help people symbolize and relate to the struggle Africans go through each day just to get clean water. To emphasize the message that water changes everything, a water drop was the focal point before visually traveling down to be able to read about what the event is.
The biggest shopping day of the year requires a lot of marketing and something to set each retailer apart. Purpose Boutique urged everyone to sleep in and enjoy the day before going out to shop and this message came across with Purpose's love of bright colors balanced with plenty of white space for visual rest.
Purpose Boutique invited customers to their anniversary sale and Silverdale grand opening but in true Purpose fashion, bright colors confetti and fun were infused into this design.
Too often for the non-profit Walk in the Light International, people needed to contact more than one person in the organization. To eliminate confusion, excess cards, and too much text, we went with color block for easy visual separation as well as a gorgeous photo of the team to bring character and a personal element to the cards.
Illustration was used to create the logo for Little Scholars University preschool. Bright colors emphasize the children while the graduation caps tell the viewer visually that their children will learn every moment they are attending Little Scholars University while a fun, yet not too messy font balances out the illustration.
The Race for Burkina 5K had a lot of information that needed to be included, so to balance it out, as well as making the text interesting, a large footprint was made for the focal point and some of the text was incorporated into it.
A logo, business cards and branding were needed for Brooke Lyn Builds carpentry design business. It was so fun to bring in the wood and natural tones mixed with modern and feminine vibes.
